My most valuable resource, according to the VRIN analysis would probably be being the first to market. I realize that this list doesn't put this venture in the best of light. With the help of being the first though, other factors are less important as long as the quality of the product was high and expansion was done appropriately.

ReplyDeleteI think you have some pretty strong resources going for you, especially one of them being yourself. It's important that you recognize you can still learn more and have a thing for diving into ideas and learning more on the subject. I like how you recognized that your idea does put people's privacy at risk because not most companies would recognize that, with time I think you can fix this and improve your idea to ensure your customers that they are safe.
